Drucila brings positive energy, determination, and a people-first mindset to her role at U.S. Brick & Block. She enjoys being involved in both field operations and office coordination, helping projects stay organized while supporting the team wherever needed. She is motivated by challenges, loves learning new skills, and believes there is always a solution with the right attitude. Drucila speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is currently learning a fourth language.

Outside of work, she enjoys music, playing the violin, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends.
