Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our residential and commercial hardscape projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills who excels at managing crews, maintaining detailed updates, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless communication between homeowners, crews, and management – ensuring daily updates, efficient project flow, and timely completions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple hardscape and outdoor living projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Provide daily project updates, photos, and progress reports through BuilderTrend CRM.
• Communicate frequently with homeowners, subcontractors, and management to ensure clear expectations and accurate updates.
• Ensure each crew has the necessary materials, tools, and plans to complete tasks efficiently.
• Verify design accuracy and quality standards are met; address issues promptly to maintain company reputation and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and manpower to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Enforce site cleanliness and safety protocols; verify proper cleanup at the end of each workday.
• Forecast potential delays or material shortages and proactively resolve them to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and complete project punch lists ahead of final walk-throughs.
• Report daily to management with photos, documentation, and detailed status updates through BuilderTrend CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or hardscape industry.
• OSHA certification is required.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of outdoor living construction, masonry, pavers, and landscape design.
• Must have excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between homeowners, crews, and management teams.
• Ability to read plans, verify measurements, and ensure accuracy of installation.
• Personable and professional demeanor with a client-focused approach and great organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Must pass a drug and background test prior to employment.
• Must live local to office in Dania Beach, Florida.
