Steven Bond is the Director of Planning & Development at U.S. Brick & Block, where he specializes in delivering high-end outdoor environments that balance design, durability, and long-term value. Since joining the company in 2014, Steven has played a key role in elevating project standards through his deep background in hardscape construction, estimating, and project execution.

Taking a hands-on, detail-driven approach, he oversees each project from concept through completion to ensure it is strategically planned and flawlessly executed. Known for his direct communication style and results-oriented mindset, Steven works closely with homeowners and developers to streamline decision-making, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance the overall project experience.

He is currently advancing toward his contractor’s license, expanding his capabilities to oversee projects at a higher level and provide a fully integrated experience. Clients value his ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, maintain consistent progress throughout construction, and deliver clean, polished results without compromise.

Outside of work, Steven stays dedicated to health and fitness, enjoys traveling, and spends time with his dog, Bella.
