With over 20 years of experience, she brings a mix of artistry, curiosity, and heart to everything she does. When she’s not creating, you’ll find her traveling, exploring cozy coffeehouses, spending time with her pets or snapping photos of life’s little moments.

Jeff Abbott

Vice President of Sales

With 28 years at U.S. Brick & Block, Jeff leads commercial sales and specializes in transforming spaces through quality hardscape design. Known for his hands-on approach and deep industry expertise, he helps clients bring their vision to life. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys sports, boating, scuba diving, and traveling with his family.

Lexi Gardner

Sales & Business Development

Lexi helps homeowners and contractors bring their outdoor living visions to life. Known for her friendly communication and dedication, she ensures every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Outside of work, she loves the beach, traveling, and cheering on the Florida Panthers.

Stephanie Tuite

Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience, Stephanie manages permits and project coordination at U.S. Brick & Block. Known for her organization and reliability, she keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, exploring gardens, and time with her family and dog, Stormy.

Steven Bond

Planning & Development Director

Since joining U.S. Brick & Block in 2014, Steven Bond has played a key role in shaping luxury outdoor living spaces as the Director of Planning & Development. Known for his direct, solution-oriented approach and commitment to excellence, he ensures every project runs seamlessly from start to finish. Outside of work, Steven stays active through fitness, enjoys traveling, and spends time with his dog, Bella.

Michele Bond

Controller

Michele is one of the owners and Controller at US Brick & Block, bringing over 32 years of industry experience. She ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from accounting to HR, supporting the team’s success on every project. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and relaxing at the beach.

Jon Spear

Director of Construction

Jon is the Director of Construction at U.S. Brick & Block, where he oversees operations and scheduling while supporting project managers throughout every phase of construction. Known for his friendly communication, daily project updates, and organized approach, he helps ensure each project runs smoothly and clients feel confident from start to finish. Outside of work, Jon enjoys traveling and staying active in charity work.

Drucila Jonsson

Project Manager

Drucila brings positive energy to U.S. Brick & Block, excelling in field operations and office coordination. Challenge-driven and multilingual (Portuguese, English, Spanish + learning a fourth!), she keeps projects organized with a solution-first mindset. Outside of work, Drucila enjoys playing the violin, listening to music, and spending time with family and friend.
