This company has been in business a long time and I appreciate longevity and experience. I can’t say enough about our project manager, Antonio. Not only was he excellent, but he was respectful of our home, communicated beautifully, was extremely professional and he was here practically everyday overseeing the work and made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. He also made himself available through phone calls, texts, and email if we had any concerns or questions and he would listen and then take care of it. He was just outstanding and a pleasure to work with! The workers were amazing too. From the man who removed all our patio pavers by hand, to the crew headed by Osmany and Miguel for the install, were all excellent! The pool guys who removed our coping and then replaced it were fabulous too. They’re all perfectionists and made sure everything was done right. All of the workers listened to us if we had questions or concerns and took care of any issues as well. Even the clean and seal crew were wonderful. We are sooo happy with our new patio and driveway and are very pleased that we chose US Brick and Block! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants to replace their patio or driveway. This company is established, experienced and well respected and it shows in our end result. Jeff was very responsive and knowledgeable during the initial process of reviewing our old surfaces and quoting the new surfaces. It was a bit more difficult than normal since part of our old patio had sunk but Jeff knew what to do and how to quote that. When the project started Spencer was in charge of that whole process and did an excellent job. He is extremely good at communicating and keeping us informed of the schedule as well as making sure the crews were here on time. He was also present during the different phases of the project and was constantly coming by to inspect the work being done. The team of guys that did the work were awesome and extremely hard working. They are true professionals. Meticulous and very proud of the work they did. And always cleaned up at the end of the day as well! Very happy with the results!

We were in constant communication with Brian and he answered all our questions promptly and few design changes were handled easily. We had a minor hiccup at the beginning of the installation due to the uneven size of the clay brick pavers but everything was handled properly.
